Starting out as a busker, Brisbane-born Byron-Bay based musician Botts likes a casual vibe and his East Coast tour of Australia encompasses bars, laid-back venues and festivals. Keen to support up and coming musicians, Bott likes to choose musical support from within the communities in which he is playing. As part of the Dream On tour, Botts will be playing new sounds as well as old favourites such as Home to You, Gypsy and Liquid Love. Ever the surfer dude, singer/songwriter Botts is keen that the audience enjoys his relaxed demeanour to really enter into the spirit of his music. Botts himself describes his music as:
“easy listening, coastal, singer/songwriter, but also borderline folk/pop. Think Jack Johnson with Mumford and Sons…I like to keep it simple and happy most of the time.”
Fans at the concert will be able to purchase merchandise such as tee shirts, CDs and vinyl, with many items being produced and marketed by local Print shops.
