Maroochydore to host sunset movement party
Both men and women who enjoy the discipline of yoga and connection and live around Maroochydore might wish to sign up for The Luna Flow and Beats – Sunset Rooftop Silent Sounds Yoga and Dance Party in June.
This event is being run by Sunrise Sisterhood and is the first time that men have been invited to this party. Attendees can expect yoga in the form of Zen Thai Flow and Connection, which combines music, connection and movement in a playful style. At the end of the session, there will be a Silent Sounds dance party, where all wear headphones and dance to uplifting music.
Sunrise Sisterhood was founded by Tam Moroney. She was keen to create a safe space for all women, where they can connect both on and off the yoga mat. She believes in empowerment, connection and community, saying:

The Luna Flow and Beats – Sunset Rooftop Silent Sounds Yoga and Dance Party is happening on Saturday, 28 June, from 5 pm until 6.30 pm. The venue is FlowST8 at 8 Market Lane in Maroochydore. Tickets cost $44.
