This month, the LGBTI community will be celebrating with a River Parade on the Noosa River, near Maroochydore, following the Mardi Gras taking place some days earlier.
Visitors will have the opportunity to continue the festivities with a pool party and treasure hunt, as well as a concert on the Saturday night. A Drag Queen Bingo event will see participants having the opportunity to enjoy dinner first, or come along just for the show.
The theme of the parade this year is pink flamingos. Visitors are invited to decorate their own boat, or boats are available for hire on the river. This kind of event would use booklet printing for bingo Books and printing companies may be used to Print tickets. Banner printing is also likely to be used.
The Rainbow River Festival will be held from Friday, 17th March to Sunday, 19th March on the Noosa River at Noosaville. The Welcome Cocktails will open the proceedings from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm on the Friday at the Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club in Gympie Terrace, followed by the Drag Queen Bingo at Villa Noosa. The main River Parade will be held from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, 19th March at the Malu Os Eco Boat Hire at 172 Gympie Terrace.
