A new 350-space multi-storey car park is planned for Maroochydore CBD.
The development will be the first multi-deck car park for Maroochydore and will be home to 294 car spaces, 56 motorcycle spaces and 28 bicycle spots. The car park will be state of the art, and it is set to boast electric vehicle charging spaces and accessible parking. There will also be showers, toilets and lockers, plus retail spaces on the ground level. The development will also include a high-tech automated waste system, which will be the first of its kind in Australia.
The city centre of Maroochydore is developing as a hub of business and activity for the area, with a lot of new construction occurring and a vibrant business community expanding.
