Australian artist to play in Maroochydore

A venue in Maroochydore will play host one of the rising stars of Australia’s music scene.

Bringing the acclaimed tracks from his 2021 EP to audiences, Australian songsmith Jack Botts will be playing a gig in Maroochydore in the new year. The popular singer-songwriter is growing a massive following while releasing recordings under his own steam.

Promoters of solo artists and music groups alike will often use specialist flyer printing services to create small adverts to hand out and encourage gig goers to attend local shows.

Botts has already constructed a loyal fanbase of more than 250,000 monthly listeners on the popular platform Spotify, and in only a handful of years, he has received more than 14 million streams of his recordings. Originally a chippy, Botts became a busker before going on to become the seasoned performer who now tours the country.

His third EP recording was released this year, entitled Slow Mornings. Boasting six tracks, it represents a formative era in the artist’s life, exploring a long-distance romance during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the outbreak, Botts performed more than 90 shows across Australia, all of which were COVID-safe.

Those attending the concert in Maroochydore will be able to hear new material like ‘Tattoos’, ‘18th Floor’ and ‘I’ve Got You’.

Jack Botts will now play at Solbar at 10/12-20 Ocean Street in Maroochydore on Saturday, February 26 at 7 pm.
