A celebrated Southport music venue is set to combine two different genres in a single club night.
Fans of Taylor Swift and pop punk music in Southport will both get their needs met this winter. An upcoming event called “Misery Swiftness” will see Taking Back Saturday and Superficial DJs combine forces for a single set, celebrating music from the late 90s while paying tribute to a current music megastar.
The club night will take place at a popular local venue in June, and promises back-to-back Swift hits and emo hardcore anthems for all who attend.

The Misery Swiftness – Swemo Night will be held at Vinnies Dive Bar on Saturday, June 22. The bar is based at 44A Nerang Street in Southport, and the event will start at 8 pm. The club night is a strictly aged 18 and over event.
Tickets are available priced between $13.95 for the early bird offer, and $22 for final release.
