The latest film in a franchise featuring a web-slinging comic book character is coming to a local cinema in North Lakes.
Superhero fans will have reason to rejoice this winter. Marvel legend Spider-Man will be swinging onto cinema screens in the suburb in the new motion picture, Brand New Day. The fourth movie to date featuring Tom Holland as Peter Parker, the man bitten by a radioactive spider, its returning cast also features Zendaya as Michelle "MJ" Jones-Watson and Mark Ruffalo reprising his role as the Incredible Hulk.
From multiplexes to repertory theatres, cinemas often use poster printing services to access one sheets of varying sizes to promote the pictures they show.
The film will see Parker protect New York City anonymously as Spider-Man as he investigates a new and powerful threat. During his efforts, the superpowers he possesses undergo an unexpected and dangerous evolution.
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the film features a score from the award-winning American composer, Michael Giacchino.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will now arrive at Event Cinemas on Thursday, July 7. The cinema can be found within the Westfield North Lakes centre, which is based at the corner of North Lakes Drive and Anzac Avenue in North Lakes.
Multiple screenings will be held throughout the day with the first show at 9.30 am and the last at 9.30 pm.
