Business conference heads for North Lakes

A North Lakes venue will play host to a meeting focused on women in leadership roles later this year.

Women in North Lakes can participate in an upcoming event coming to the suburb in autumn. Entitled “Ignite 2026” the event is the Brisbane edition of the Women Leaders Network (WLN) annual event. The WLN is a Global Leadership Network (GLN) initiative that supports women working business, government, education and at home and is designed to inspire people to have a meaningful impact in the world.

Professional people that take part in conferences, conventions and other gathering sometimes rely on specialist business card printing services for calling cards they can hand to new connections and further their career.

The upcoming event in North Lakes will explore just what influencing others means and will feature inspirational live speakers. Those selected to talk at the event are individuals who are having an important effect and shaping the communities they live in with vision and courage while managing real challenges.

The Ignite 2026 WLN Conference will take place on Saturday, March 14 at Axis Church. The venue is simple to find at 1 Gardenia Parade in North Lakes. Further editions of Ignite 2026 will run in Newcastle and Perth on May 16 and May 2 respectively. The event is operating in partnership with IJM Australia, an organisation dedicated to fighting poverty.
