North Lakes to host relaxing event

An end-of-the-working-week event is taking place this summer at a hotel in North Lakes.

Those looking for a way to kick back after a hard week at work won’t have to look far this December, as the North Lakes Hotel’s Boardwalk Café is presenting an event called “Friday Evening Chill by the Lake”.

Those attending can appreciate clear views of Eden Lake from the hotel’s popular bar and café while tucking into their favourite food and beverage of choice.

The Boardwalk Café offers both outdoor and indoor seating options for its guests. Bars and restaurants providing alfresco drinking and dining often connect with banner printing services to create branded signage for outside areas, creating a seamless experience for diners.

Specialities include the popular Lakes Burger, featuring a wagyu beef patty topped with bacon and salad and served with chips. The café also serves a range of pizzas including pepperoni, Hawaiian and the Veggie Supreme with pumpkin, spinach and olives.

The event will also feature a laid-back live soundtrack with easy-listening jazz and pop numbers from Brisbane songstress Leena Salim.

Friday Evening Chill by the Lake will be taking place at the Boardwalk Café at the North Lakes Hotel on December 13. The event will start at 4.30 pm and ends at 7.30 pm, and the hotel can be found at 22 Lakefield Drive in North Lakes.
