An upcoming event in North lakes is set to enjoy a jazz soundtrack.
While North Lakes is well-known for its Saturday night market, the upcoming December edition will feature the jazz music stylings of celebrated artist Lena Salim. Members of the public are invited to enjoy the soothing sounds of Salim while they see what local businesses from around the area have on offer.
From entrepreneurs to local firms, those selling products and services at local markets and fairs can sometimes bring professionally printed Business Cards to hand out to new clients and contacts.
The family friendly event will have plenty of activities to keep the kids busy, including bouncy castles. While adults must pay an entry fee of $2 per head, children are offered free admission.
The North Lakes night market has a longstanding tradition of showcasing local talent like bands and solo performers. With a multitude of market stalls and food trucks present onsite, there will also be plenty of opportunities for those attending to pick up a bite to eat and something to drink.
The night market will take place at Westfield North Lakes on North Lakes Drive on Saturday, December 4 from 5 pm until 9 pm. When live music is not being performed, a DJ will ensure that the soundtrack does not until the market is closed.
