An upcoming event taking place in North Lakes is inviting all from around the area to attend a special dance session featuring ultra-dimmed lighting and much more.
This August, North Lakes will be presenting an event entitled “No Lights No Lycra”. Described by organisers as the original event involving dancing in the dark, the one-hour session has been running since back in 2009. Promoters of local events in Queensland often use professional flyer printing services to advertise to the public and encourage participation.
Designed to create an environment with no judgement where dancers can have fun and relax, the dance hour features ultra-dimmed lighting. No dance instructors are present and there are zero routines to learn, or lycra to be worn. Instead, dancers can come wearing whatever they are comfortable in and enjoy moving to non-stop music from a wide range of genres to suit all tastes.
No Lights No Lycra is open to those of all ages who like to dance sing or exercise and aims to offer a “feel great” night for all. Tickets for the event are priced at $11.99 per person.
The No Lights No Lycra event will take place at 10 The Corso in North Lakes on Thursday, August 31. The event will begin at 9pm and run until 10pm.
