A comprehensive festival showcasing creativity of all kinds is headed to the North Lakes area.
Dubbed the Anywhere Festival, the returning event will see a major celebration take place across Moreton Bay, allowing members of the community from North Lakes and other suburbs to participate in the festivities. Organisers and promoters of local festival and fairs can sometimes use banner printing services to create a wide range of eye-catching signage to call in the crowds.
The upcoming festival invites those from around the area to explore Morton Bay’s many nooks and crannies over four weekends. Events planned for the festival include cabaret bus rides, comedy shows in parks, live music played in art galleries, circus performers and plays in backyards.
After taking place for the first time ever last year, the festival has enjoyed critical success and is making a welcome return. QANTAS Travel Insider listed the event as being among the top nine festivals around the word that must be seen.
The 2022 edition of the Anywhere Festival will be taking place from Saturday, May 14 to Sunday, June 5 in an around the Moreton Bay region; however, the hub for the event is located at 7/7 Avebury Street, West End.
The festival is supported by Moreton Bay Regional Council and the Queensland Government via the Arts Queensland institution.
