More than several hundred pieces of artwork will be displayed for two weeks in North Lakes during June, as the annual Lions Club Art Extravaganza returns this year.
The event will feature both international and local artist’s work across an array of categories including oil and acrylic paintings, watercolours, pastel works and mixed media.
Members of the public will be able vote for their favourite work of art and will be eligible to win $500 off the price of any piece they choose to purchase by entering the raffle, which will be held on the day.
Prizes will be awarded to the winner as well as pieces receiving high commendation when the judges make the announcement at the official opening, which will take place on June 19th.
Partnering with the Heritage Bank, the Lions Club hosts the annual exhibition as a means to raise money and this year, all proceeds will be donated to the MacGregor Lions Club. The Lions Club has a distinctive Logo Design which is easily recognisable. Clubs like this may also upcoming events using flyer or poster printing.
The Art Extravaganza will be running for two weeks from Saturday 15th June to Friday 28th June. The exhibition will be displayed at the Westfield Shopping Centre in North Lakes, on the Ground Floor just outside Woolworths.Get a Free Quote for Logo Design
