All hands raised for Tim Tams at council meetings

Residents of North Lakes and across the Moreton Bay region are being encouraged to attend a council meeting with the lure of a “Moreton Bay Raspberry and Dark Choc” Tim Tam biscuit.

The tasty treat was unanimously voted a “must-have” at council meetings earlier in the year, and the directive has recently taken effect, according to Mayor of Moreton Bay Peter Flannery, who said the new addition to the 50-year-old iconic Australian biscuit’s range of flavours will provide endless promotion for the region and should be celebrated. He added:

"This would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of the McGruddy families in Caboolture who collaborated with Arnotts to create this flavour sensation: local berry growers Richard and Melissa McGruddy, and Aussie grown frozen fruit producers at My Berries Stuart and Allison McGruddy."

Flannery said Arnotts also launched another three indulgent flavours, but the locally inspired biscuit was the one to remember and will represent a real treat for people attending future council meetings.

Now available in the Crafted Collection, the Moreton Bay product is expected to command strong demand, according to Matt Grant, the brand's marketing manager.

Professional printing services can be employed to produce the Packaging for launches like the new Tim Tam varieties, showcasing new flavours in brilliant colour to help attract the eye of consumers.

In Moreton Bay, Mayor Flannery is keen to see strong demand from locals to support the new Tim Tam product.
