Randwick to hold holistic health and wellbeing workshop

The Randwick City Library will be holding a workshop next month about achieving better health and wellbeing.

People usually set New Year resolutions to start their year off on the right foot and a common goal is health or fitness oriented. However, it can be difficult to sustain a healthy lifestyle as old habits are so easy to revert to. This is where Anthony Hartcher, the CEO of me&my wellness and a qualified clinical nutritionist and lifestyle medicine specialist may be able to assist.

Combined with a background in Complementary Medicine, Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine and even Chemical Engineering, Anthony will share advice with participants on how to sleep better, practice mindfulness, exercise effectively and eat better, without any crash diets, to promote a longer life.

Amongst the plethora of mind and body specialists these days, it can be difficult for consumers to keep track of healthy tips of tricks and reach out to related professionals for further advice. Those hosting events such as this can use brochure printing to create informative guides to hand out to attendees.

The 60 minute workshop will be held on Level 1 of the Royal Randwick City Shopping Centre at the Margaret City Library on February 11th from 1pm to 2pm. Spaces are limited, so it is essential to make a booking.
