The people of Randwick are in for a vintage treat this month, as the Sydney Fair 2021 Collectibles and Antiques Event is scheduled to hit the Royal Randwick Racecourse.
Touted as Australia’s only art deco, vintage and 20th century-themed fair, the event will showcase an exclusive range of antiques and other highly collectible treats. Attracting over 60 different antique and vintage dealers from across Australia, the vendors will specialise in everything from antique engravings and lithographic prints to French decorative glassware, rare Books, jewellery, ceramics and furniture.
For the fashion-minded, the fair will also host a fashion show and numerous displays of gowns and handbags designed by such names as Givenchy, Emilio Pucci, Dior, Jean Patou and Pierre Cardin. Vendors attending events such as this can benefit from banner printing to help promote their businesses.
The 2021 Sydney Fair is scheduled to begin with a special ticketed opening night on Thursday, 13th May for serious collectors who want to get in quick to snap up the best bargains, and it then will be open from Friday 14th through to Sunday, 16th May.
Tickets for the opening night are priced at $30 per person, and day tickets are $15 each or $10 for concessions. Hosted in the Kensington Room at the Royal Randwick Racecourse, tickets are available online and at the door.
