A bar and brasserie in Sydney will host the launching of a new wine tasting event, coming soon.
After 18 years of effort, budding sommeliers and wine enthusiasts in Randwick can attend the launch of The Australian Ark this March. This special celebration is taking place at an esteemed Sydney establishment - The Charles Brasserie & Bar.

The exclusive three-hour dining event includes six courses each perfectly paired with different wines from Australia’s remarkable history. Many wine lovers are unaware that Australia has the largest acreage in the world of planted vines from the 19th century.
The event is led by former expert wine auctioneer and Australian Master of Wine, Andrew Caillard, who will share his insights on the nation’s wine - including its past, present and future. Wine highlights include Cullen Kevin John Chardonnay, Jim Barry Florita Riesling 2017 and Mount Pleasant Pinot Noir 2023.
The Australian Ark Wine Dinner will be held at The Charles Brasserie & Bar on Wednesday, March 12. The event will start at 6.30 pm and ends at 9.30 pm, and the restaurant is sited at 66 King Street in Sydney.
