An outdoor theatre event in Sydney will bring a beloved Broadway music to the stage later this year.
Those thrilled by musical theatre in Randwick can attend a premier show nearby in autumn. In association with Sydney Opera House, a production of Guys & Dolls will be performed at Mrs Macquaries Point’s renowned Royal Botanic Garden in March and April.

Regarded by many as one of the greatest musicals on New York’s Broadway, Guys & Dolls will transport audiences to the flashy world of 1950s Manhattan in a tale loaded with gangsters and showgirls. Against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour, ticketholders can expect to be entertained by a star-studded cast.
The roster includes Cody Simpson as Sky Masterson, Angelina Thomson in the role of Miss Adelaide, Annie Aitken playing Sarah Brown and Bobby Fox as the compulsive gambler Nathan Detroit, famously played by Frank Sinatra in the 1955 motion picture.
The latest run of the production has expanded song and dance routines and features high energy staging with direction from Shaun Rennie and stage design by the award-winning Brian Thomson.
