Newcastle is to celebrate Oktoberfest in style, with a cruise scheduled to take place in October.
Attendees will board the MV Calmer for an afternoon of water views and all things Germany and Bavaria.
The boat will offer 360-degree views of Newcastle Harbour from its three decks. There will be German-inspired food available for purchase, including schnitzel bites, soft pretzels, bratwurst sliders, sweet treats and more. German-inspired drinks and beers will also be available to purchase.
On board, live DJs will mix party anthems and Oktoberfest classics, and will take requests from attendees throughout the duration of the cruise.
Those involved are encouraged to dress in lederhosen, dirndls or a Bavarian-inspired outfit, with prizes going to the best-dressed on the day.
When organising or promoting an event, organisations can connect with Stationery printers to ensure they capture interest and stay memorable. Well-designed Stationery can grab attention and encourage brand recognition.
Oktoberfest Afloat will be held on Saturday, 11 October. The boat will depart from Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Newcastle, at 12:30PM. It will return at 3:30PM. Tickets are priced at $18 for early bird admission, or $43 for general admission, plus booking fees. Attendees are asked to bring valid ID and to arrive at the wharf by 12:00PM for boarding. Bookings for the cruise can be made through the All Event Cruises website.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
