Women in Newcastle and surrounds are invited to attend the upcoming Mentor Walk, which will focus specifically on business.
During each walk, three women join a female mentor for an hour’s walk and talk along Nobby’s Breakwall. Attendees will have the opportunity to talk about their career, chat about workplace issues, work through any challenges, and form positive, lasting connections.
Mentors are Newcastle locals and come from all areas of business. They’re chosen for this event due to their expertise and passion for supporting other Newcastle careerwomen.
Organisations planning business, mentoring and networking events can utilise printing services to make connections. Companies often use business card printing and promotional Pens to improve their image and leave an impression.
Attendees are matched with their mentor and group based on their booking information, and prior to the walk they’ll receive email and text reminders and updates on any weather changes.
The upcoming Mentor Walk will take place on Thursday, 24 October 2024, and will begin from the Train Sheds at Foreshore Park, 32 Wharf Rd, Newcastle East. The walks start at 7:10AM and will finish at 8:30AM. At the conclusion of the walk, attendees will be invited to stay on further to connect and exchange information with other walkers.
