A Newcastle music venue is soon set to extend a warm welcome to an iconic American recording artist.
Fans of music from Newcastle and its surrounding suburbs will soon get the opportunity to see the legendary singer-songwriter Don Maclean when he takes to the stage at The Station in mid-April. The gig in Newcastle is part of the musician’s massive world tour for 2023 entitled “American Pie” after his most famous song. The epic odyssey will see Maclean play across the globe and is designed to celebrate his 50th anniversary of playing music.
Promoters of world tours and anniversary concerts often look to professional Print shops to supply a diverse selection of promotional goods, from T-Shirts and Posters to Banners and Flyers.
One of America’s most respected and revered artists, Maclean made name for himself playing megahits like “Castles in the Air” and “Vincent”, but also for the number of renowned music stars, such as Madonna, Drake and Garth Brooks, that have covered his songs.
In 2020, he released a new album through Warner Brothers Records called “Still Playing Favourites” and audiences attending his Newcastle show will get a chance to hear tracks old and new from his extensive songbook.
Don Maclean will now perform live at The Station located at the corner of Scott Street and Watt Street in Newcastle on April 15. The show will kick off at 6pm and ends at 8pm.Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Banners Get a Free Quote for Posters Get a Free Quote for T-Shirts Get a Free Quote for Print
