Famous Australian musician coming to Newcastle

A theatre in Newcastle will welcome an Australian artist who has become a global phenomenon to its stage later this year.

As part of his “Epilogue World Tour”, Dean Lewis will be performing a live set in Newcastle. The spring show will see Lewis appear live at the Civic Theatre in October treating audiences to in-person renditions of his celebrated songs.

TEG Van Egmond is presenting the tour which will see Lewis play at some of the biggest venues in Australia. While the tour will open in Newcastle, Perth, Brisbane, Hobart, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne will follow. The aim of the shows is to highlight the Australian artist’s latest studio album, “The Epilogue”, his third to date. A local performer turned international superstar Lewis is a multi-platinum performer.

Enjoying critical acclaim after emerging in 2017, the singer-songwriter has amassed more than 13 billion streams alongside dozens of certifications around the world, touring the globe and playing more than 400 festivals and shows.

Dean Lewis will now be live at the Civic Theatre on Wednesday, October 30. The theatre is situated at 375 Hunter Street in Newcastle and the show will get started at 7 pm.
