New Berlin residents who want to celebrate the holiday season with their taste buds will have their chance this December at an upcoming community event.
The Holiday Appetizers & Dessert workshop experience, which is being presented by Staci’s Cooking with Class, has gone public with the official date, giving New Berlin residents ample time to build the culinary gathering into their plans. The food options will be built around appetizers and dessert options, with guests learning more about each and gaining knowledge to elevate their future family gatherings.
The goal of the experience is to give participants the experience necessary to throw perfect appetizer parties, including how to pair appetizer options with the best complimentary dips and make a pleasant presentation. Word-of-mouth and poster printing are proven ways to spread the word about events like this in the community, leading to higher attendance numbers.
Appetizers will include crispy brie bites, parmesan artichoke bites, and shrimp in shredded phyllo. Guests will conclude the dining portion of the event by sampling a chocolate Panna Cotta cake. Interested individuals with food allergies are encouraged to contact the New Berlin Parks and Recreation Department before registering.
The New Berlin Parks and Rec Department will host the culinary workshop on Monday, December 7th. The doors open at 6:30pm for the two-hour class. Tickets are $28 for residents and $42 for non-residents.
