The City of Greenfield Division of Public Works will hold the 11th Annual Public Works/Parks/Building & Grounds Expo next month to offer a day of professional enrichment and education in public works and related divisions.
The expo is designed for those who work in parks and recreation, public works, school districts, or emergency management, whether they are at the county, city, town, or village level. The event will feature presentations and workshops relating to the latest techniques, equipment, and services offered in public works. There will be a featured speaker, yet to be announced, who will share their expertise and experiences in the field.
Attendees will be able to participate in various safety demonstrations and short training workshops that provide hands-on experience. There will be a complimentary lunch, and giveaways and raffles will be ongoing throughout the expo. Attendees will also receive a complimentary T-shirt memorializing the event. There is no admission fee, but all attendees must pre-register.
Event organizers providing attendees with T-Shirts may reach out to local Print shops that offer Logo Design services to help them create a custom T-shirt for their event.
The 11th Annual Public Works/Parks/Building & Grounds Expo is slated for September 24 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. It will be held at Konkel Park, located at 5151 West Layton Avenue, Greenfield.
