Greenfield fair to provide free wellness resources

The 13th Annual Philippine Center Health Fair and Backpack Day will take place this July in Greenfield to provide the community with free health screenings for families and school supplies for students.

The fair will be presented by The Philippine Cultural and Civic Center Foundation (PCCCF) and the Philippine Nurses Association of Wisconsin. This free community event is designed to help families across Southeast Wisconsin by providing educational resources, health services, and other essential support services. Over the years, it has connected thousands of community members with community organizations, youth resources, and vital health screenings.

Attendees coming to the fair will enjoy free health screenings through the PCCCF Free Clinic and access to integral service organizations and community resources. Families will also receive free clothing, and students can pick up free Backpacks and Books donated by the Children’s Literacy Program. Raffles will be ongoing throughout the event, and family-friendly activities and games will also be a part of the fair.

Community events are ideal occasions for local businesses to get involved with charitable activities, such as donating Promotional Products to giveaways or raffles that the event may be offering.

The 13th Annual Philippine Center Health Fair and Backpack Day is scheduled for July 11, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. It will be held at Zablocki Park, located at 3717 West Howard Avenue, Greenfield.
