Next month, the City of Greenfield will hold the Fall Family Fest at Konkel Park to provide the community with a family-friendly way to celebrate the magic of the upcoming fall season.
Often described as a “hidden gem” of Greenfield, Konkel Park is a recreational area that offers a multitude of outdoor activities for people of all ages to enjoy. The park features a multipurpose walkway and trail system, large playground area, softball field, concessions, and picnic tables. The area is available to rent for special events or for community events such as the Fall Family Fest.
The fall festival will offer a variety of fun games and activities for families to enjoy, including trunk or treat, horse carriage rides, and a petting zoo. There will also be a pie-eating contest and a youth and adult costume contest to enter. Local food trucks and food vendors will be there as well, selling all manner of hot food and refreshing beverages.
