Greenfield animal lovers should note that the Pet Expo MKE will be held in town next month to connect homeless animals with their forever home, as well as provide a day of shopping for pet-related supplies.
Organizer of the event, the Alliance of Wisconsin Animal Rehoming Efforts is a group of nonprofit animal shelters and rescues across the state that works together to save and improve the lives of homeless animals. The Pet Expo MKE is Wisconsin's largest charitable pet expo and differs from other pet exhibitions because all proceeds raised from ticket sales are given to the various animal rescues, shelters, and nonprofits working to keep stray animals safe and homed.
The expo will feature a multitude of different animals up for adoption, including, dogs, cat, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, and even reptiles. There will also be vendors selling pet supplies and toys, and the expo will feature educational activities and entertainment throughout the event as well.
