Greenfield to become home to two new businesses

Two businesses are looking to open new locations in Greenfield.

The first is a request from Predrag Maric of Maric Investments LLC, based in Franklin, for a special use permit open a restaurant. Called ‘Ambient’, it would be in the former location of the Jerusalem Pastry building. There would be a European/American theme and potentially the sale of alcoholic beverages.

The second is a new spa service. The request presented to the Greenfield Plan Commission is from Sylvia Barocio-Green from West Milwaukee who is owner of 3 Kids & A Truck. She wants a “Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa” to be located in the development at 84South.

The premise of the salon is to make the experience like a relaxing day at the spa. Each experience is customized for the customer in terms of pressure, lighting, and other factors so the customer can enjoy the premier environment.

Featured at the salon will be facials, massages, and many other services as well as the Clarity and Dermalogica skin care lines. The spa offers memberships on a monthly basis to make its services more affordable. Those with busy work schedules will also find the hours of the proposed salon to be convenient for their schedules.
