Many people purchase cheese in the grocery store, deli or other retail location, but a Greenfield area workshop will demonstrate how they can make it fresh for themselves, right in their own home.
Northern Brewer will be hosting a one-hour session that will provide hands on experience in cheese making, and it will be led by experts in the field. They will explain what ingredients and equipment are needed to do so, and while they do this, they will share secrets that can help to make the process simple.
Along with the lesson in cheese making, the attendees will be given a chance to sample the cheese for themselves. Both selected beer and wine pairings will be supplied as well, and the whole event has been planned to be both fun and educational.
Those who take part in this lesson, which is being offered free of charge, will receive a special 15% discount that will be applied to the purchase of any cheese making kit. Stationery printers will be able to produce coupons and other items that can be used during this type of function.
Milwaukee’s Northern Brewer will be hosting this workshop on July 28th, and is scheduled to start at 11:00 am. Located at 1306 S 108th Street, the event is open to anyone who would like to participate.
