Santa is set to stop by Hudson with some special furry friends, and local kids are invited to drop in and visit them in person.
Lakefront Park will be welcoming The Big Guy in Red for the Santa and His Critters celebration. This free three-hour-long holiday party will have plenty of fun on offer and is being hosted thanks to the efforts of the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourist Bureau.
While Santa spends time with each of the kids, they can share their holiday lists and have their photos taken by their parents or guardians. Sled dogs will be on hand to meet, and a petting zoo will introduce even more furry, feathery, and fuzzy friends. Light refreshments will be served, and everyone can keep the fun going when they stop by the community’s downtown to browse through its shops, service providers, and eateries.
A chamber of commerce often serves as a collective voice for a community's businesses and not-for-profit groups, organizing activities and gatherings. A poster printing company will be happy to provide a range of decor options for local special events.
Santa and His Critters will be setting up shop on Saturday, December 6, and they will be on hand in Lakefront Park from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm. Further details are available on the Hudson WI website.
