The Tower Club of Tysons Corner in Vienna will be hosting a meeting in May to discuss procurement solutions.
Companies in the information technology and communications solutions industries can attend a program to learn more about the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Joanne Woytek, the director of the NASA SEWP Program, will be at the meeting to answer questions related to the contract. A hot breakfast buffet will be served, and guests will get to network with fellow attendees during the presentation.
The Government Contracting Club is the organizer of the event. The group is a member-led program that coordinates events for businesses at the Tower Club of Tysons Corner. Past topics covered at the activities include federal IT investments, simplified acquisitions, and how to boost market intelligence. The current chairs of the club are Robert Genesoni and Go-To-Guy Timberlake. Associations like this that organize events for businesses may use flyer printing to attract more professionals to the meetings.
The What Makes [NASA] SEWP So Hot program will be held on Friday, May 20 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. The cost for people to listen to the presentation is $55 per person. Members of the Tower Club can get a discount on their registration price. Tower Club members may also RSVP for the activity by contacting RSVP@TowerTysons.com.
