What's Happening in Chantilly, VA…

Chantilly expo hall to host tea festival

The first True Honey Teas Festival will take place in Chantilly next weekend.

Festival tickets will include unlimited samples of True Honey’s more than 20 tea flavors, including a new mystery flavor. Attendees can also create their own blends. Backgrounds for photos will be available, and there will be presentations and seminars to teach attendees about tea-related topics. There will also be a selection of vendors with items like honey, chocolate, baked goods, candles, and candy for sale.

True Honey Teas is a small, family-owned business that makes teabags and single-serve pods that include honey crystals. It started selling pods in 2014 and added teabags in 2018 to cater to a wider variety of tea drinkers.

Tickets are available now on True Honey Teas’ website. The cost is $19.99 for a flexible ticket that provides access to the event for the full day. The 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm sessions cost $14.99, and the 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm session costs $11.99. Tickets include a $5 shopping voucher and a canvas tote bag with the True Honey Teas logo. Companies often use graphic design services to create this type of item.

The True Honey Teas Festival will take place next Saturday, March 1 in the North Hall of the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly.
