Texas Blockchain Council to take up residence in Richardson

Leaders of the nonprofit Texas Blockchain Council have been closely associated with the DFW area and now the relationship will be even closer as the trade organization is setting up a new headquarters in nearby Richardson.

The group, which has as its goal to steer the state into becoming a technology leader will be located in the Richardson Innovation Quarter where several local innovators have already found a home. The council will be headquartered at a coworking and private office building, The Drawing Board, at 1900 Jay Ell Drive.

Not making the right first impression and not gaining name recognition quickly enough are two of the pitfalls to which new businesses can fall prey. Printing services can provide the marketing expertise and Logo Design assistance required to successful launch a new venture.

According to Lee Bratcher, president of the Texas Blockchain Council:

“Several of our member companies are headquartered in the area, and The IQ is located in Senate District 8, also home to one of our blockchain industry legislative champions, Senator Angela Paxton.”

Unveiled last year, Richardson’s Innovation Quarter is a 1,200-acre expanse of the city that had been largely vacant since the telecom crash. The city’s rebranding and renovations efforts for this area appear to have been successful as the Innovation Quarter now has over 1,000 business and in excess of 19,000 workers.
