Richardson to blend self-care education and demonstrations

A community wellness gathering in Richardson will bring together local practitioners and small businesses for an interactive program focused on personal care, relaxation methods, and health education.

Created by aesthetician Elizabeth Brasher, it is designed as an open-format experience combining demonstrations, vendor pop-ups, and wellness-based activities.

The program will feature short educational sessions and hands-on exhibits highlighting topics such as skincare practices, stress management techniques, and holistic health approaches. Local service providers will participate through demonstration stations and informational displays. Attendees will also have access to promotional items. A limited number of gift packages will be distributed to early participants who complete designated activity stations. Raffle drawings are scheduled for participants who engage with multiple exhibits during the event.

Participating contributors include professionals in skincare, chiropractic care, lash services, and laser treatment specialties. Additionally, local vendors will offer curated goods and beverage options. The tone of the event is casual with a “come-and-go” style, meaning people can turn up at any point that suits them during the running time.

Poster printing is often used to display event schedules, vendor listings, and activity instructions within the community.

Admission is listed as free of charge. Early arrival is recommended for guests interested in promotional giveaways and limited-quantity items.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Image Studios West, 1415 State St, Building 600, Richardson.
