Richardson awareness event embraces seasonal theme

The Legacy Army Financial Group will present Legacy of Love: Awareness, Action, Hope this November in Richardson.

The event will offer an afternoon dedicated to education, support, and community engagement for those affected by cancer. The program will feature speakers, family-friendly activities, and multiple raffle opportunities.

The speaker lineup includes Mahsa Ghahri, Jesse Moon, MBA, and Shana Squyres. Ghahri is scheduled to speak from 12:00 pm to 12:20 pm, Moon from 12:35 pm to 1:05 pm, and Squyres from 1:40 to 2:00 pm. Raffle winners will be announced at 12:25 pm, 1:10 pm, and before the event closes at 2:00 pm.

The gathering will include pumpkin decorating, face painting, and holiday photos with the Grinch. Guests are encouraged to participate in the raffle, with each ticket purchase providing three entries. Proceeds will go directly to people fighting cancer, reinforcing the event’s mission of practical impact.

General admission is free, and the event is open to all ages. Parking is complimentary. Organizers encourage the public to attend casually, as the program will take place outdoors. Refunds for ticketed raffle entries are available up to one week before the event.

Flyer printing and distribution may be used as a way for organizers to increase visibility and encourage attendance among locals.

Legacy of Love: Awareness. Action. Hope. will take place Saturday, November 8 from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm at Legacy Army Financial Group, 1050 West Campbell Rd, Suite 100, Richardson.
