Painting event brings creativity to Richardson

A guided painting session titled “Manic Monday – Lucid Lake in Spring” is scheduled to take place in Richardson, offering participants an evening focused on art, social interaction, and beginner-friendly instruction. The class will be led by instructor Rhonda Mills and is open to guests ages 12 and older.

Participants will create a 16x20 canvas painting during the two-hour session. Organizers advise that participants are encouraged to arrive early for seating and preparation before instruction begins. Guests attending with friends under separate reservations may request group seating arrangements in advance.

Registration costs $30 per person, with optional upgrades available for attendees seeking additional materials or enhancements. The studio operates under a bring-your-own-food-and-drink policy, allowing guests to bring snacks and beverages. Alcohol consumption is permitted for attendees age 21 and older. Cups will be provided at the location, attendees should bring ice.

Event policies include several cancellation guidelines. Refunds to the original payment method are available with at least 48 hours’ notice, though a 10% processing deduction applies. Requests made between 24 and 47 hours before the session qualify for studio credit only. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or credit.

Event coordinators frequently rely on flyer printing and visual advertising to promote local art workshops and increase attendance for events like this one.
