Element Hotel to open this year in Richardson

Element by Westin hotel will be part of a 5.2-acre mixed-use project by 3D Development, and is scheduled to be in operation by this summer.

Construction of a new Richardson development featuring the $22m, 123-room Element Hotel is underway. Midas Hospitality will be managing the hotel, which will be the second Element hotel managed by the company.

The four-story hotel at 2205 North Glenville Ave. will contain 123 large suites, each with fully equipped kitchens and spa-like bathrooms. Notable features will be a saline pool and Motion Fitness Center, and guests will be able to take advantage of a Bikes to Borrow program.

Hotels are among a brochure printing service’s most reliable customers; they need Brochures to promote their establishment, as well as to direct their guests to local sites and events.

The real estate development company overseeing the mixed-use development, 3D development, has offices here in Texas as well as in Georgia and Tennessee. The general contractor for the project is MW Builders, which has offices in Texas and Kansas.

The Element’s ideal is to encourage renewal via an environment infused with natural elements. Sustainability and efficient use of space are hallmarks of this hotel brand’s construction.

Element Hotels fill the niche of active, healthy travelers who wish to preserve a balanced lifestyle while away from home. The company operates 60 extended stay hotels spread throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Africa.
