Plano foodies will soon have a reason to smile, as a local event that showcases area culinary talent is fast approaching.
The annual Plano Food and Wine Festival is set to tempt area palates. A production of SBG Hospitality, several local businesses have chosen to support the celebration for what will be its sixth year.
The gathering will give its ticketholders a chance to sample both food and wines, along with other beverages. Live entertainment has been planned, and chefs will be giving in-person demonstrations. The vendor area will feature a variety of pop-up shopping experiences. Based on previous years, it is anticipated that the festivities will be a sellout.
To help ensure that everyone who would like to attend the function gets the experience they are looking for, they can choose from several ticket options. The VIP passes include wine and food tasting tickets, access to a reserved seating area and photo booth, and also Corporate Gifts such as a signature wine glass printed with a special graphic design. These are $125 each, and food, wine and combination passes are available as well.
The festival will be giving its culinary community a chance to shine on Saturday, October 21, running from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. Legacy West, located at 5908 Headquarters Drive, will be the location for the event.
