Plano Farmstead Museum plans festive light display

Plano families preparing their agenda for the upcoming holiday season may want to make sure they include a visit to a local venue for its seasonal light spectacular.

Starting in late November, Heritage Farmstead Museum will be lighting up the night with its festive displays, many of which will be animated. These will all be set up outdoors, and a special guest has made arrangements to stop by to preside over all the fun.

The activity will be filled with more than one million twinkling lights, and everyone can walk the quarter-mile trail of displays, enjoying the experience as they go. The animated ones will have been prepared by First Choice Lights, and a 20-foot-tall holiday tree will also be on site to make the function feel even more festive. Hot chocolate, s'mores, and kettle corn will all be available to snack on, and Santa will be on hand for photo ops.

One of the roles of an event organizer may be to choose decor and other materials. Those that turn to a poster printing company will have various options for this.

The Heritage Farmstead Museum will be lighting up the night with its seasonal displays starting on November 25. More details about the activity are available online, and everyone is welcome to add this celebration to their agenda for the holiday season.
