After a year full of ups and downs, many Plano residents are ready to celebrate, and a special event will give them a chance to do so right in their own home town.
The evening of festivities that will be held at Oak Point Park will have a Fourth of July flavor, and it will offer fun for any age. It will be a “bring your own seating” celebration, with everyone encouraged to bring some blankets or a camp-style chair so they can secure a spot for the celebration, and then relax and take in the show.
Once they arrive at the festivities, members of the public will be able to pay a visit to the onsite food trucks, and live music and other entertainment will be on offer as well. When the sun goes down, the sky will fill with fireworks, and to make the experience evening more exciting, the viewers are encouraged to tune in to the live music that will be simulcasted on 97.5 KLAK.

The All American Fourth of July Fireworks will be helping Plano celebrate Independence Day with a bang. The festivities will start at 5:00 pm.
