McAllen realtors offered seats in online class
McAllen realtors who would like to make sure they are at the forefront when it comes to their continuing education may want to save space in their calendar for an upcoming online training session.
The Greater McAllen Association of realtors provides its membership with advocacy, support and services, and one of these will be a learning opportunity that will be focused on advertising in the real estate market. It will be a one hour long session, and continuing education credits may be available.
The function will explore how advertising in the real estate sector can be unique, and while there are certain rules to follow, some tend to ignore these to the detriment of their clients. The class will outline the dos and don’ts of marketing, and the learners will be taught the standards set out in the Real Estate Licensing Act and other state and federal laws.
As part of the workshop, the attendees will be walked through what constitutes false or misleading advertising. Materials for an educational offering can be produced by area stationery printers along with certificates of completion to present to the participants.
This online activity that will explore ethical advertising for realtors will be running from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on September 22nd. The joining instructions for those who are interested will be shared upon registration.
