Social gathering in Mansfield to promote health

Mansfield residents seeking natural remedies to improve quality and longevity of life will want to make a note in their Journals about an upcoming social hour.

The Longevity Social Hour will begin welcoming guests next month for an informative discussion about the most effective health options for individuals as they begin aging. Strong on Health, a local organization, is planning and organizing this year’s event. The group uses the Power 9 Principles to understand how the oldest individuals in the world have managed to maximize their years.

Organizers hope to provide a space for attendees to pause, connect with other like-minded visitors, and learn more about nourishing the body and mind. Interested parties are encouraged to bring their favorite wine, cocktail, tea, or smoothie to have something to sip on during the discussions. Brochure printing can pack additional information into a small, paper package, helping attendees at such events retain more information.

The gathering will take a closer look at Vitamin L and its connection to longevity during the aging process. Perks of attending include nutrient-rich mushroom bites, positive connections, and a closer look at the latest research for longevity.

Guests will meet at 305 Regency Parkway, Suite 501, in Mansfield to participate in the learning experience. The doors open at 5:00 PM. Attendance is free, and interested parties can RSVP online.
