Mansfield patrons that support charitable events will be interested in the 8th annual Paws for Reflection Ranch Round Up going online in early October.
This event will be a week of an auction, raffles and videos of what goes on at the ranch. The kick-off event will be live streamed October 3 starting at 1:00 pm, and will feature Clint Moody and South of the Border.
Viewers may either make general donations to the ranch or choose one of the “Fund in Need” projects currently going on at the venue.
One of these projects is adding a therapy room to the Critter Cabin. Another is adding a septic system and restrooms to the arena, and the third project funding venture is the resurfacing of the arena floor footing.
Paws for Reflection Ranch is a non-profit organization that has over 30 ranch animals and professional therapists, and provides animal-assisted activities for adults, teens, and children that need therapy. The ranch serves clients from Ellis, Dallas, Johnson, and Tarrant counties.
The online auction will take bids starting October 3 at 10:00 am. Some items up for grabs will include a handmade American Flag quilt, private yoga lessons, a winery tasting, four general admission concert tickets to Billy Bob’s Texas, cakes for a year, and a 30-minute equine massage. Bidding will end October 9 at 10:00 pm.
The Ranch will also appreciate any monetary Corporate Gifts.
