Mansfield hospital appoints medical director

Dr. Jinny Yoon has been appointed as the new medical director at the ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital in Mansfield.

She will oversee the interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing a wide range of patient services such as occupational, physical, and speech therapy, case management, rehabilitative nursing, respiratory therapy, specialized care, and dietary services.

With board certification in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Yoon will bring a quarter of a century of experience to the new role. She has held medical leadership positions in acute care and rehabilitation hospitals across New Jersey, Texas, and Nevada. She has also worked as a physiatrist in hospitals and care facilities located in Nevada, New York, and Illinois. People starting new executive roles tend to require new Business Cards.

After completing her residency at New York City's Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation, Dr. Yoon studied at Yonsei University College of Medicine, where she got her medical degree. Yonsei University College of Medicine is located in Seoul, South Korea, and usually regarded as the top medical school in the country. In addition to her medical degree, she also finished a healthcare management course at the University of Texas that was designed for physicians.

Dr. Yoon holds diplomate status with the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and is licensed as a physician acupuncturist. Dr. Yoon also has memberships with the American College of Acupuncture and the American Academy of Pain Management.
