Everyone in Mansfield should be getting excited, because this year’s Wisteria Street Market is just over a week away.
The annual event is a celebration in honor of the coming of spring and provides an opportunity for friends, neighbors and family to enjoy a common event, outside in the fresh air, or indoors, should it rain.
This year’s Market will feature a silent auction, a host of food trucks, make and take crafts, and other vendors selling various craft items. It should provide an excellent opportunity for finding something for Dad for Father’s Day, or for people who are soon to graduate from high school or college.
There will also be activities for the kids, including face painting and a bounce house, making for a great opportunity for taking memorable family pictures, perhaps for later use in Stationery printing. The event is also an opportunity for the town to give some attention to the Activities Center, which is open year round and provides a central place for hosting a variety of activities for people of all ages. These range from athletic events in one of the four gymnasiums, to parties, classes, and art lessons in one of four public rooms.
The Market will take place at the Mansfield Activities Center, 106 South Wisteria St. Mansfield, on Saturday, May 16, and will run from 11:00 am to approximately 4:00 pm.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
