Next month, Lewisville will play host to TexasFest Dallas Music and Arts Festival, a large-scale event that will have numerous activities and entertainment for people of all ages.
TexasFest is series of free festivals that happens in various locations across Texas, including Plano, Frisco, Allen, and Lewisville. The festival in September will feature major concerts from popular artists of varying genres, as well as over 150 artists, crafters, and vendors selling their wares. There will also many Texas-themed attractions, such as pony rides and cowboy shows. Dog enthusiasts will get a chance to see the frisbee dogs do their tricks, and vehicle buffs can explore the classic car exhibition.
For refreshments, the Taste of Texas Food Garden will feature the cuisine of the region and a wide selection of craft and domestic beers. The community marketplace will also be set up for shoppers to enjoy the state’s unique culture and heritage. Sponsors of the festival include Dr. Pepper, Miller Lite, Polar Beverages, First Responders Restoration, and Texas Credit Union.
