The Spring Fling Wine Dinner will feature a four-course meal centered on seasonal ingredients, with each course paired with wines produced by Landon Winery.
The menu begins with caramelized sweet potato bisque accompanied by chili lime marshmallow and herb crumb. The second course includes mixed greens with crumbled feta, roasted pistachios, breakfast radish, and strawberry lemonade vinaigrette.
The main entrée consists of smoked pimentón-rubbed pork tenderloin served with beurre rouge red wine butter risotto, aged Parmigiano, chicory greens, and salted lemon dressing. Dessert will feature raspberry creamsicle pannacotta with butter cookie crumb and freeze-dried raspberries.
The ticket price is $129 plus tax and gratuity, or $103 for Wine Club members. Event organizers say seating will be limited and they expect tickets will sell out quickly, with the possibility of tables being shared. Printing services help set up event décor at such events.
Guests are advised that there will be no substitutions or modifications to the menu due to allergies or dietary restrictions, and are asked to view the menu carefully before they purchase a ticket. Ticket sales are final and no refunds will be offered.
The Spring Fling Wine Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, March 7 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Landon Winery - Cypress Waters on Olympus Boulevard in Coppell, a few miles south of Lewisville. Seating begins at 6:30 pm.
