This August, L.E.A.P. Academy will hold the Back-to-School Jam: School Supply Giveaway for Lewisville schoolchildren to get excited about the new school year.
L.E.A.P. Academy serves the Lewisville community as an educational nonprofit that is committed to providing and creating safe, inclusive, and enriching spaces for children who may have limited access to such resources. The nonprofit also advances community outreach initiatives and provides a variety of academic enrichment programs. The back-to-school celebration will ensure that students in the Lewisville area are emotionally and physically prepared for the upcoming school year.
At the event, students will receive free school supplies, such as Notebooks, Backpacks, pencils, and calculators, to help them start the year off right. There will also be fun, family-friendly activities to partake in, such as bingo, raffles, and music. Delicious food options will be available and ready to satisfy a variety of palates. Students must be present on the day of the event to receive the supplies.
Local businesses interested in showcasing their brands and supporting the event are encouraged to donate products and services to the raffle events. Promotional Products are sometimes distributed by businesses at such events.
The Back-to-School Jam is scheduled for Saturday, August 5 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. It will take place at 1001 Valley Ridge Boulevard.
