An event that will help to kick off spring is on the way for Lewisville, and with lots of activities for all ages on the agenda, the whole family can get in on the fun.
The community has tentatively scheduled its ColorPalooza celebration, and it will give the public a chance to see artists in action. Admission will be free, but there may be a small charge for some of the activities.
The visitors at the event will be able to watch local artisans craft one-of-a-kind works of art, and painters, sculptors and sidewalk chalk artists will all be showing off their creative talents. Many of the activities will be interactive, and the kids can burn off some energy climbing the inflatables, and creation stations will be set up as well.
Along with showcasing the local artistic community, one of the goals of the function is to raise awareness about living an environmentally friendly lifestyle. Reusable Banners fit in well with the theme of this sort of function, and a banner printing company can supply a variety of styles for these, including ones that can be easily rolled up and stored for future use.
ColorPalooza is set to bring the fun to Lewisville on April 17. It will take place in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, which is located at 150 West Church Street.
