Lewisville announces concert series

Lewisville recently announced the lineup for its popular “Sounds of Lewisville” concerts. The nine shows will be presented at Wayne Ferguson Plaza, located in Old Town Lewisville.

The Bryan Adams tribute band Summer of '69 opens the season on June 4, with the headliner Desperado, an Eagles tribute band, to follow. June 11, the Foo Fighters tribute band Fool Fighters opens for PriMadonna, who play Madonna's hits.

On June 18, it's Matchbook 20 opening for Reflective Soul, with Maya Piata opening the next, June 25, for The Man in the Mirror, with Danny Ware appearing as Michael Jackson. The July 3 concert sees the country rock group Hightower Band opening for The International Rolling Stones Experience, Satisfaction.

Silentt Echo opens the July 9 concert for Bidi Bidi Banda, and on July 16, it's the turn of Bach to Rock, opening for the Bon Jovi tribute band Blaze of Glory. Then it's Ashmore playing classic rock as the opener for Even It Up, a tribute group for Heart, on July 23. The concerts end on July 30, with a tribute to country legend Garth Brooks.

The concerts are held Tuesday nights, and all performances begin at 7.00 pm. From then until 7.45 pm, the opening acts perform, and the headliners take the stage at 8.00 pm, and play until 9.30 pm. Banner printing provides organizers of events like this the perfect way to create decorations.
